<p>To start making this healthy cooking recipe you need to preheat the oven to 375ºF, place a medium skillet in the oven, place the ground beef in a small mixing bowl and add in the salt and pepper with 1 teaspoon of the Cajun spice mix. Now, using a fork, you want to blend in the seasonings well and now add in the second teaspoon of Cajun spice.</p>
<p>Also add in the green bell pepper and onion, and then blend well. Now you divide the ground beef mixture in half and pat into two separate patties. <p><strong>Chocolate Crepes</strong></p>
<p>One healthy snack recipe that your kids are sure to love is chocolate crepes. You could whip this up for them for breakfast, or just keep them in the fridge so the kids can nosh on them whenever they get hungry.</p>
<p>They are very easy to make, and this healthy snack recipe is one that no kid is going to turn down. For the filling you need ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter, ½ cup confectioner’s sugar, ¼ cup light corn syrup, 2 tablespoons crème de cacao, 2 tablespoons water, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 1 quart chocolate ice cream, and ½ cup pecans chopped.</p>
<p>For the crepes themselves you will need ½ cup flour, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 dash salt, ¾ cup milk, ¼ teaspoon almond extract, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons melted butter, and oil.</p>
<p>You start by making the crepes, and to do this you need to combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add the milk and almond extract in next, and beat until completely smooth. Then you want to add in the egg and beat well, stir in butter next, and then leave in the refrigerator for about two hours.</p>
<p>Now to prepare the filling for this healthy snack recipe you just combine the chocolate chips and butter in the top of a double boiler, and bring water to a boil. You reduce the heat to low and cook, making sure to stir often so it does not stick. Then you want to remove from heat, add in the confectioner’s sugar, corn syrup, crème de cacao, water, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.</p>
<p>The next step in this healthy snack recipe is to spoon about 3 tablespoons of the ice cream down the center of each crepe, and you want to fold the sides over and place seam side on serving dishes for the nicest presentation.</p>
